500f Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions for using the 500f platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the 500f platform accessing our website or app.
Acceptance of terms of use
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 500f platform — including the website, mobile app, or related services — you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.
Continued use of the 500f platform after any amendments to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. You are responsible for periodically checking this page to stay informed of the current conditions.
The 500f platform is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and that online betting is legally permitted under the laws of your place of residence.
Account creation, security, and user responsibilities
Each user is allowed only one registered account on the 500f platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may lead to closing all related accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, active email address, and reachable phone number. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 500f will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account by third parties. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact our support team immediately.
- Do not share your password with anyone, including support staff.
- Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
- Log out of your account when using shared devices.
- Ensure your registered email address is always active and accessible for verification purposes.
Identity verification process
500f reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, especially before processing your first withdrawal. Documents that may be required include:
- Valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport
- Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months)
- Proof of ownership for the payment method used
Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in delayed payments.
Payment information, deposits, and MYR transactions
All financial transactions on the 500f platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform does not support foreign currency transactions, and no currency conversion is carried out automatically by our system.
Deposits into your 500f account must use approved payment methods registered under your name. Using accounts or payment methods belonging to others is strictly prohibited and may result in account freezing and further investigation.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or payment method used for deposits, or other verified methods in your name. Processing times may vary depending on the selected method and any verification requirements.
500f reserves the right to reject or cancel any transactions suspected of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity. Such cases will be reported to the relevant authorities if necessary.
Platform usage rules and liability limits
- Using automated software or scripts (bots) to interact with the platform
- Attempting to exploit bugs or technical weaknesses in the system
- Collaborating with other players to manipulate game outcomes
- Creating accounts using fake or someone else’s identity information
- Using VPNs or proxies to bypass geographical restrictions
- Any attempt to launch a cyberattack against the platform's infrastructure
500f shall not be held responsible for:
- Service interruptions due to system maintenance or technical faults beyond our control
- Indirect losses resulting from use or inability to use the platform
- Transaction delays caused by third-party system failures including banks and payment providers
- Any actions or content originating from unrelated third parties outside 500f
Account policies, intellectual property, and third-party links
Account suspension and closure
500f reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, or any activity that compromises the security of the platform or other users. In cases where an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any remaining funds will be returned to the user once the investigation is concluded, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting 500f support. Requests will be processed within 7 business days.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 500f platform — including logos, design, text, images, software code, and visual elements — is the exclusive property of 500f and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written permission from 500f.
Third-party links
The 500f platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement or responsibility by 500f for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. You should review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.
Changes to terms and legal requirements
500f reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page.
Users are advised to review this page regularly. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted will be deemed acceptance of the latest terms.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved within the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
